Stephanie and her team at Sweet Gardena were incredible to work with. After seeing her coordinate a friend’s wedding, hiring her was an easy decision. She guided us through the entire year-long planning process and was there every step of the way—offering thoughtful vendor recommendations and answering all of our questions. On the wedding day, I was able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment without worrying about setting up, logistics, or the timeline. That peace of mind was absolutely priceless. She is the sweetest!

Stephanie was the first wedding planner I ever looked into, and after talking with her, I just knew I didn’t need to look for anyone else. She’s so sweet, fun, and charismatic, and from the beginning she made us feel like we had known her for a long time, not just like we were working with a vendor. That meant so much, especially during a planning process that lasted about 2 ½ to 3 years for us. She was there through everything—from helping me pick out my dress to going with me to alteration appointments—and always made sure I felt supported. While Jr and I were both in school, she took so much stress off our shoulders and kept everything organized and moving forward. Anytime we felt overwhelmed, she would step in and just handle things, which means more than I can explain. On the day of the wedding, everything came together so smoothly, and we were actually able to be present and enjoy it because we trusted her completely. Thanks to Stephanie, my husband and I were able to live out our dream wedding. I cannot even begin to describe her amazing work ethic and quality of work without pointing our her wonderful character as a person. Stephanie listened and connected with us in such a diligent way to make sure every detail in our wedding was impeccable. Her endless vendor connections, knowledge, and work ethic created an event that left my family and I speechless. On top of that, Stephanie communicated with us amazingly giving the fact the we lived in a complete different city. To any couple who is looking to have the most fun and beautiful experience during the planning of their wedding and most importantly on wedding day, Sweet Gardenia Weddings is the only best option!!! If I could give Stephanie 10 stars instead of 5, I would! I found Stephanie from a friend who had hired her years ago as a day of coordinator. After an initial phone call with Stephanie, I felt really good about hiring her as our wedding planner. We booked her partial planning services. As an owner of a small business also working in the wedding/event industry and now a bride, I appreciate Stephanie’s communication, her attention to detail, her organizational skills, her referrals, and just her presence throughout the entire process. Stephanie was the first vendor I hired, our hype woman, my saving grace, she took such great care of us and the day of our wedding was no different. She had our back with a vendor I wasn’t so happy with, taking all the bullets from them so I didn’t have to fight that battle.
