I've been a loyal customer for 7 years and today I had the worst experience with this establishment. Ive always come here for corporate orders, personal orders and cake orders. Madeline was amazing but Atria was very unprofessional. In case the name is not correct, she is the older woman with gray hair with a high up bun. She wears black glasses. She treated me with aggressiveness and sarcasm during the entire process from beginning to check out. To make things worse, I had my nephews with me and they even noticed how I was being treated disrespectfully. Whether Atria was already having a bad day, she had no reason to take it out on the customers. I hope the owners realize what kind of person they're employing at this facility. If you're seeing a drop in your sales, I can guarantee you it's because of her. There was one point I just stared at her to make her realize the way she was speaking towards me. If you are a fan of delicious flavors, then Small cakes is for you! Eating an entire cake is just way too many calories but only eating 3 or 4 cupcakes 🧁 is just calorie perfection! They even have ice cream and pup 🐶 cakes! My favorite is “WEDDING CAKE”, and I’m working my way through all the other flavors. They even have a point system that will get you a free cupcake! There is room to sit and enjoy or just get them to go. When I wax there a sales rep ordered 4 dozen for his clients! Now that’s someone who knows how to close a deal! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself or a friend to a small call cake today 🧁

I came in for a sweet treat after a long day at the hospital and this place did NOT disappoint. I got the chocolate cream cupcake and it was rich, decadent, and hit all the spots. This is a very large cupcake, so the price is justified. It's very cute inside and I will absolutely be returning! :)

Okay, I'm trying to be honest with why reviewing business and product. 3.5 ish is the best I can do. The "homemade" ice cream leaves you with a after taste when done. However, eating it seems to hit the taste buds a little differently than you would think. It's not good or bad. The price leads you to believe you are getting great ice cream with a nice (gourmet) cupcake. The cupcake doesn't bring that in the end. It is just a decorated cupcake. It is a nice place to go to but not repeatedly. $17 for the 2 items. Enjoy Pics attached...
