Went in to ask about potentially getting ring made and not knowing anything about sizing I asked him if he would help me find out my size. He was really rude to me complaining about working for me for free to figure out my ring size. I asked him about what rings he had in stock and said that I had a budget of about a grand or so and he said he had nothing that I could afford in stock, but that he used catalogues to order rings in. I asked if I could look at those and he refused to let me see them and told me I should just go to a pawn shop if I wanted to browse rings.

If I could rate Pirtle jewelry a zero I would. If you have jewelry that you need repaired DO NOT go to Pirtle! He took a month in a half to repair my chain on my little diamond necklace, not only did he not call us when it was supposably ready he did not fix my necklace and took the length adjustable chain with the accent heart charm off my necklace and kept it! When I called him to confront him he informed me he is not open right now and hung up on me. 😳 I paid him $48.00 and waited 6 weeks to get my necklace back. When I went to pick up my necklace he made awkward jokes the whole time and made me uncomfortable. I should have checked my necklace and made sure the work was done right when I picked it up, but I just wanted to get out of there! I would not recommend this jeweler for your repair needs. So disappointing.

My order took WAY too long to finish. I had to remind the guy of my order more than once. It don't think a ring sizing should cost almost $40. Plus he wanted to talk weird religious stuff the whole time I was trying to check out. Then when I got the hell out of there it turns out he didn't do anything to my ring other than edge and polish the band to make it look like he had worked on it. This guy is a scam completely.

A pawn shop, can't remember which, told me they use them for all their repairs. Took a necklace in the middle of the day, they were open. I was told they were about a week behind; that's fine, it's just a necklace. After three weeks trying to call, I leave message, trying to go by when it's says that it's open and they are never there and never open. Its now been three months. Still nothing. I wanted to talk to the police about this theft but the item costs nearly nothing and I gave it to them. Not enough worth in silver for court attempt either. It's a simple cause of principle that this establishment need to rectify. Utmost lack of professionalism. This whole town is like this..
