I wanted to thank and appreciate Ivan and the team at Jared. My husband and I visited this location at our worst. My weddings rings had been stolen and I decided to buy a new set. After wearing them for a couple of months, they didn’t feel right. Although they were beautiful they didn’t feel like mine. I missed my rings and all the intent and love that went into selecting them. We decided to try to recreate my ring. Ivan and Shawn helped us with the trade in and design process. They were so empathic and compassionate to the situation. Ivan took the lead on the design. When I say this man is talented….he hand drew sketches of what we were talking about to give to the people making the ring to make sure it was just right. We went back and forth with ideas and tweaks to make it as close to the original as possible, with frequent updates on the process and suggestions for tweaks to get to what I wanted. I never imagined that my new ring would come out better than the original. It’s litera
