I made an appointment to get 2 inches taken off. My hair went down to my waist and I’ve always had really long hair, I ended up walking out with my hair cut above my shoulders and a mullet!!!!!! I cried for a week straight and I’m still having trouble growing my hair back out!!!! The owners actually came over and looked at my hair then shrugged their shoulders and walked away!!!! I will never step foot in that place again and I will never refer anyone to get their hair cut at Kelly and company!!!!!!

I was a walk in. I wasn't sure if anyone had time for me but Melinda was able to take me.She is amazing! My hair looked fabulous when she waa done.

Worst service I think I've ever recieved. Definitely will not be back! I knew it was going to be a thumbs down service from the second Ali started shampooing my hair. She didn't scrub my scalp, just my hair. It was rough, the shampoo was rushed & I was practically soaked when we were done. There was NO TOWEL between my neck & the bowl. When she took me to the chair she pulled my hair so much that I had to eventually ask her to stop.. I left with my scalp burning.. from a haircut! Not to mention she tore my necklace because she couldn't differentiate between hair or necklace. She was pulling THAT HARD! When she asked how I liked it, I told her it was uneven & that's when I could really tell she was over it. After fluffing my hair for a few minutes, she replied, "Your hair is just thinner on one side". I wasn't aware that the thickness of my hair had anything to do with the length. She finally took the scissors back to it but didn't fix anything. It's awful. I can tell she doesn't regula
