Having our wedding at Willow Woods was the most amazing experience. From initially reaching out for quotes and tours to the big day, the Willow Woods team made everything easy and seamless. Jessica was always on top of things and I could reach out any time and she would be right there to help. Her coordinating services were on point too! Her timeline template and creation process was so detailed and I don’t think our day would have went as smoothly as it did without her. The venue and property itself is stunning! We got so many compliments and even if there was no decor you would still have so many picture perfect backgrounds, it also helps knowing they have a full inventory of decor so you don’t have to start from scratch. If you are looking to have the most perfect day with flexibility, 0 stress, and a team that treats you like family then Willow Woods is the venue to book with!

My husband planned a surprise birthday party for me here the day after Christmas, and it was truly unforgettable. The atmosphere was gorgeous — clean, beautifully maintained, and spacious enough to host a large group while still feeling intimate and personal. The layout worked perfectly with a buffet line, a dedicated bar area, conveniently located restrooms, and plenty of room for everyone to mingle comfortably. We also loved the outdoor space, as the fountain made the perfect backdrop for photos throughout the night. What made the experience even more special were the venue managers, Effie and Mike. My husband shared how thoughtful, warm, and genuinely supportive they were from start to finish. They stayed through the entire event and helped with everything — setup, bar service, and clean‑up — making the whole evening feel seamless and stress‑free. I cannot say enough amazing things about Willow Woods Barn + Studio! From start to finish, we were blown away by how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Finding a venue that is actually affordable in the wedding industry is rare, but Willow Woods is truly a hidden gem—you get incredible value without the 'crazy expensive' price tag. They even have a selection of decor you can use, which saved us so much stress. A huge shoutout to Jessica, our day-of coordinator; she was absolutely incredible and made sure everything ran flawlessly so I could actually enjoy my day. If you’re looking for a venue, this is your spot!

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate our wedding. The venue was absolutely stunning and created the perfect atmosphere for our special day. From the scenery to the overall setup, everything felt so dreamy and well put together. I’m so glad we chose this location, it truly made our wedding feel even more magical and memorable. The venue was beyond beautiful and exactly what I dreamed of for our big day. Sheri and her counterparts kept great communication durning all of the planning and the day of events. They also have a huge inventory of decor and other wedding items which helped to save us money. I have been recommending them to all of our friends and family and we definitely plan on using them again in the future for other events. 10/10!
