We had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely beautiful! Our guests all loved the setting, and the location was truly a spectacle, especially at sunset. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind experience.

I attended a wedding at Farmhouse 1905 and really loved the place. It has that quiet Texas countryside feel the moment you turn in. The old farmhouse has so much character, and the barn is beautiful without feeling too formal or overdone. The whole property feels peaceful, open, and well cared for. The lake, fields, and wide views give the place a very relaxed and scenic feel. As a photographer, I also noticed how many great spots there are for pictures. You do not have to work too hard to find a beautiful background here. The inside of the venue was comfortable too, which makes a big difference when you are there for several hours. It felt welcoming, easy to move around in, and thoughtfully put together. Overall, it was a lovely setting for a wedding and one of those places that stays with you after you leave.

We booked Farmhouse 1905 for our friend's engagement this past spring. Everything turned out beautifully and owners were so easy to work with! They had so many wonderful spots to choose for the set up, from the lake to the front lawn to the wrap around porch. We ended up using the front lawn and it was perfect! Thank you Farmhouse 1905!!

We attended an wedding Reception on Saturday, June 27 & the place is gorgeous. It seated 150 guests comfortably in the barn area and the sunset views are amazing. Lovely property and ambiance & I would highly recommend this to any body holding either a corporate or family function in rustic surroundings

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. The property is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well maintained. The sunsets are truly breathtaking, and the lake adds such a peaceful, scenic touch to the entire setting. The farmhouse felt magical and had plenty of space for everyone to get ready comfortably, which made the day even more special. The barn was the perfect size to accommodate our guests and would work wonderfully for many different types of events. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were extremely helpful and available throughout the entire planning process and on the day of the event, which made everything run so smoothly. Because we live in the area, my daughter (the bride) and I would often pass by the ranch and admire it from afar. To actually have her wedding there was truly a dream come true. We’re so grateful for such an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful and special plac
