So I brought in my watch to have it re-cased. It is a Seiko 5 sports watch. I'd worn it every day for a few years. It got beat to hell and back so I ordered a new case online (from, of all places, TEMU! Haha!) and a metal watch band that seemingly got damaged being removed from the old case. A week later I get it back, looks 98% perfect except there's a smudge on the INSIDE of the crystal. Crazy, for what's supposedly a professional. But anyway, they let me take it home over the weekend where I slapped a nice IWC leather strap from my Dad(R.I.P.)'s strap collection. Also I lost about 20 minutes somehow?? Brought it back the next Monday and it took WEEKS (like, two, lol) to have the inside cleaned. Maybe they checked the mechanism as well for the timing thing. IDK. Also I lost about 25 seconds already, somehow. Just got it back today, lol. Anyway, it looks great and (so far, mostly) works just as great! I love spinning the dial and, now, it looks so clean and beautiful. I just hope it s

I have had several items repaired here. A couple of rings sized, a pearl necklace restrung, a pearl bracelet with sterling silver laser saudered. Customer Service has always been great. Sherri and Joe are both very nice.

My wife took a ring to get it sized to Joe. He told us the repair was not something he would try to do. He did however find another jeweler that he felt was the best option. My wife got her ring back and they did an excellent job. Thanks Joe and jewelry services for making it happen! I highly recommend!

Honestly I had high hopes getting my watch repaired here. I had the crystal replaced and the bracelet and case polished. As far as the polishing, it was fair for the price. What got me was the repair. There was dust and hair left on the face as well as something else left inside to rattle around. Very disappointed.
