5 star review
5/5 from Glenda Kinsler
Our family enjoyed an amazing week together at Artemis Ranch and Retreat. What an incredible experience! It’s like being on safari without going to Africa. The Vista cottage and the lodge are gorgeous and attention has been paid to every detail. Our family included ages 2,4, 14, and adults up to late 60’s and everyone was awed by the experience. The hosts, Ty and Leslie, were so accommodating throughout our stay. Chef Kourtney prepared a delicious picnic lunch for us one of the days and a fantastic steak dinner one evening. Everyone enjoyed our safari rides through the property to see all the beautiful animals. The guys enjoyed shooting sporting clays our final morning. The pool and hot tub were fun, refreshing, and relaxing. Two wineries nearby have great wines and lovely grounds. At Artemis the views are stunning and the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. I highly recommend this truly special destination!

5/5 from Toby Neal
A unique and beautiful ranch that is nothing short of amazing! From the moment my wife and I drove through the gate we were in awe. We were greeted by multiple unique species of wildlife and a serene landscape with spectacular views. Ty and Leslie have built an amazing ranch and experience in central Texas and the hospitality is truly the best part! From the lodge, the cottage, and wildlife sanctuaries no detail was missed or expense spared. Viewing and feeding all of the animals was an amazing experience that we will never forget. We could not recommend Artemis Ranch enough. Whether it is for a family getaway in the cottage or a wedding/corporate event in the lodge, this is hands down the place for you. We will definitely be back!

5/5 from Charlie Woods
Staying at Artemis Ranch was a one-of-a-kind experience. The cabin was luxurious, the animals & landscape were amazing, and the staff was extremely friendly. Ty stopped by multiple times to say hello to us. Adrian & Leon gave us an incredible tour of the ranch and showed us the rhino and giraffes. This is definitely a spot we would like to come back to!

5/5 from STEPHEN PRUDHOMME
Our business coaching group, lead by and booked by our coach, booked an unplugged men’s retreat here. Not only were we able to unplug from the day to day of business operation, but we were able to come together as like minded men and share our successes and motivations. The ranch was amazing. But beyond that, the host and his guide were nothing short of incredible! This retreat was absolutely, undeniably worth every single penny spent! The onsite chef also provided perfect, timely meals that nothing short of 5 star delicious! Thank you to everyone that made this stay enjoyable and unforgettable!

5/5 from Nicolas Stutler
Hands down the best hosts we’ve ever had. Ty put in extra time and effort to make sure our stay was perfect and went so far as to set up the cottage for a special celebration. They took ownership of our stay and went out of his way to make sure our daughters first vacation was something truly special. To top it all off, he made us feel like family, not just guests. The wildlife, the cottage, and the land are like a little slice of perfect Texas hill country cut out just for you. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for sharing your ranch with us and thank you for the outstanding experience
