If I could give this business a zero-star rating, I would. This was hands-down the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. The tables they delivered were completely beaten up, and the tent was set up on the exact opposite side of where I had requested. When I called to address this—just a day before my wedding celebration—the man I spoke with was incredibly rude and defensive. They claimed they couldn't put it anywhere else due to "too many trees," which simply isn't true. To make matters worse, the tent was full of holes, and we ended up getting rained on during the event, defeating the entire purpose of renting it. Save your money, avoid the awful customer service, and look elsewhere for your event rentals.

I recommend A1 Rentals. Planning a family event can be stressful, but they treated us like their own family. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure our gathering was perfect. It’s so refreshing to support a local, family-run business that genuinely cares about its customers. We will absolutely use them again!" The staff are wonderful.

Where do I start. I'm going to just say look at the pictures. The owner definitely bring out the best in your vision & actually picture doesn't do justice for her work. When I said I wanted elegance, class, red carpet, formal masquerade but custom... I got just that. Thank you for personal coming to my rescue & all items were rented from A-1 as well.

The new owner doesn't deserve one star! Where do I start... 12 centerpieces were to be put together with small frosted trees in a vase with Christmas balls and ready by 9am the day before the wedding. The bride's son went to pick everything up and the centerpieces were not ready. Waited an hour and it was stuff in separate boxes. Nothing was together, so not sure why he had to wait. The trees were not frosted either. Only 10 were sent but paid for 12 as there were 12 tables for reception. The big major thing was the tablecloths. They were for round tables and we had rectangle tables! Didn't realize this until the day of so we had to pin them to make them look kind of descent. I, the Matron of Honor called as soon as soon as we discovered the tree and centerpiece problems, after we looked over our invoice. (Although I wanted to, I never cussed at her.) She wasn't trying to listen but came up with an excuse they keep getting broke into and things taken. No clue how that matters to what s
