I took my wedding rings over to resize and 2 missing diamonds. I had used him before with same rings. Took almost a month to get them back. It took 3 weeks to get them back. I called one day to check and they came back on the phone and said his starting on them. With in 20 minutes they called said it was ready. With in a day one stone fell out and 3 days later another one. I called to inform him and it acted like it made him mad and inform me the store would only be open Tuesday and Wednesday. When I drove over Tuesday informed me that was same stone that he fixed. He said when he was working on it more stone fell out and he had to fix them.He said he could put more stone in put they would fall out too. I paid 160.00 and he did not offer to fix it. He was very uncaring about it. I will not be going back. Be cautious!!

Unacceptable Customer Service I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at WILSON JEWLRY I brought in my wedding ring and encountered not only poor communication but also completely unprofessional behavior from the staff. I was given multiple timelines for when the piece would be ready—first 4-5 weeks. I call at 4 to ask if it was ready understanding this would be early on the timeline I understood when they said it’ll be another week. I show up yesterday a day shy of 5 weeks and ask if it’s ready and I’m rudely told it’ll be another week and I said on the work order it would take 5 weeks. I question why it’s taking a week longer than expected to see if bigger repairs need to be done to my ring . In shock of his tone I leave the store and check my calendar to realize it in fact has been 5 weeks , I let it go and tell myself I’ll wait one more week. The very next day I get a call to say it’s done! This kind of inconsistency shows a complete lack of organization and respec

Fast and friendly service! Dropped my ring off to be resized and was quoted 5-6 weeks, they had it ready in 1 week. They also cleaned some of my jewelry and did a great job. Highly recommend and will use again in the future!

My wife and I took her father's wedding band in to have it sized for me to wear in our wedding and Mr Wilson was extremely kind and even polished a necklace I was wearing free of charge while I looked. If you want a man who pays close attention to detail and cares about the people who walk through their door the Wilson's Jewelry is the place to go! Thank you Charlie for making our special moment even more special!

Absolutely LOVE the girl that works there, she is always so sweet and takes wonderful care of my rings when i go to get them cleaned! they are always the prettiest when they come back! wonderful customer service!
