My daughter wanted a Snoopy cake for her birthday and sent me a photo with a cute example of the cake that she wanted. I went to Million Cakes simply because it was convenient. I showed them the photo and texted the photo to them so they could do the same Snoopy picture. I tasted a few cake flavors and chose their signature “Million” cake flavor that had nuts, pineapple and coconut. I picked up the cake on the scheduled day and immediately noticed that the Snoopy was done pretty sloppily compared the example I had sent to them. But I said nothing and took it home. When we cut the cake the next day, it looked and tasted just like vanilla cake with vanilla icing, not what I ordered. I called the store and was told that was not possible and I would have to bring the cake into the store, which I did that day. When I got there, I showed her the cake and that there were no nuts or anything else to be seen in it, she dug in it some and found a couple of tiny specks of nuts and tried to tell m
