We wed at Willow Ridge in December 2023. It was the most beautiful venue and reception. The majority of our guests stayed onsite in cabins and it worked well to have everyone nearby all weekend. Bev is fantastic. She answered all of our questions leading up to the big day and gave us a sense that all is (and truly was) in good hands. We were able to use space at Camp Fimfo for our rehearsal dinner and had all of Squirrely's Tavern reserved with a bartender privately to ourselves and 20+ guests. On the day of the wedding, the site was perfectly maintained, the reception area stunning and all staff did a wonderful job. Everything flowed perfectly from the ceremony outside to the happy hour on patio and reception inside. We received so many compliments on the space. The get ready cabins worked out well, yet I could see how it may be tight on space if you have more than 4 bridesmaids and family - we had hair and make up in its designated room and also spilling into the kitchen area. As first time being the mother of the bride, I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful my experience was working with Bev! Not only is she extremely professional, she is patient, humble, knowledgeable, creative, accommodating (oh and I can’t forget problem solver 💯) and the list goes on! The times my daughter and I spoke of Bev and how much of a joy she was to work with and what a great lady she is came up quite often! Starting from the first day she toured us in her golf cart through the venue; we were sold! She will be with you every step of the way. The venue is breathtaking and I can speak just as highly of her staff. They’re wonderful people through through. I can surely say I was never stressed the whole day of my daughter’s wedding, I was able to take it in and enjoy every moment of it!! I truly feel like Willow Ridge is family! We had the honor of having our wedding here this past weekend. If you are looking or a stunning view, incredibly attentive staff, and beautiful memories, this is it. Bev and her team were apart of making our day so special. The bartenders were the sweetest people ever. Our guest were amazed by the view and all the amenities the venue offered. Wishing we could re-live our wedding day here all over again. Thank you guys for everything!!

Bev, Doran, Wayne, Drew, and Kintana were all so wonderful from start to finish from our campsite arrangements (cabins, golf carts, and amenities) to our event plans (transportation, catering, and security needs). Everyone was very responsive with our technology and setup arrangements and configurations. What a great venue. Families and businesses are all welcome and coexist in perfect harmony. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Hope to see you again soon.

My husband and I had our wedding here June 15, 2024 and it was an absolute dream!! Willow ridge is a gorgeous venue and Bev, the venue manager, is the absolute BEST person to work with I cannot praise her enough!! She is so sweet, accommodating, and helpful and truly helped me with the wedding of my dreams! I am so thankful we chose Willow Ridge! Not only is the venue amazing but having access to Camp Fimfo was so cool and so much fun as well! Candice, our bartender, was amazing as well! We had a great at our drink tasting where she curated the exact drinks we were wanting for our signature drinks! Overall have your wedding or event here, you will not be disappointed!! (Thank you again Bev you are the best
