I wanted to take some time to make sure Leigh Ann got the recognition she deserves because she was exceptional. My now fiancé and I had absolutely no idea about the many things to consider when it came to engagement rings. My fiancé had an idea in mind, and I added some special touches, and it turned out spectacular. Leigh Ann was beyond patient, allowed me to bother her constantly with messages, and kept it all under wraps to make the proposal a successful surprise. I also appreciated the atmosphere of the building. Everyone was accommodating and kind, and it felt like a genuine and memorable experience. I look forward to coming back and finishing the deal for the wedding bands. Thank you again, Leigh Ann. And here are some pictures as requested. The pictures don’t do justice to how sparkly and amazing this ring turned out.

My fiancé and I worked with Leigh Ann at The Diamond Factory to design my engagement ring, and overall it was such a great experience. I’ll be the first to admit that I was very detail-oriented (probably to a fault 😅), and it took about 7 months and even two different designers to get everything exactly how I envisioned it. Through all of that, Leigh Ann was incredibly patient, responsive, and proactive. She always showed a sense of urgency when something needed to be adjusted and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I really appreciated her honesty, especially in moments where she wanted to double-check details — she would bring in other team members when needed to make sure I was getting the most accurate information. I also want to give a shoutout to the other employees who stepped in to help whenever Leigh Ann was busy. Everyone we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer questions, which was really reassuring during such a cu

My experience at the Diamond Factory was FABULOUS. Leigh Anne, Dan and Mike all stepped up and got me taken care of and I was able to purchase a blinding diamond that lights up the entire room. My fiancée was swept off her feet and literally shocked at the brilliance of her ring. Everyone pays attention when she walks into the room. Thank you all so very much for making a special occasion, one that won’t be forgotten anytime soon.

Just wanted to give thanks to the amazing team at The Diamond Factory. A special thanks to Mike! I came in with a rough sketch of what I wanted and he made it come to life. He was extremely informative and helpful throughout the entire process and he went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for. When I went to go pick up my ring, he remembered small details and gifted me additional things to make my proposal go smoothly. Couldn’t be any happier, thank you Mike and Team!

Me and my fiance, soon to be future husband, have had the best experience here. Victoria took such good care of us. My fiance met her when he was looking for my engagement ring and now she helped us with our wedding bands. She really cared about the details and gave us the best advice when picking out our wedding bands. She is the most supportive and you can tell how much effort she puts into her job. She’s amazing!
