I needed a birthday cake for my wife and waited to the last minute. I found Pastry House and saw they used Messenger. I took a chance and sent them messenge around 8:00pm. I needed the cake the next day. To my surprise owner answered within minutes and took my order & payment and the next day I had my wife's birthday cake and it was fabulous. Everyone loved I was a hero. Thanks Pastry House you guys are the greatest. Check the pictures the cake was as beautiful as it tasted. You can order from the Pastry House and you won't be disappointed. We love this place.

Highly recommend Mrs. Norma and Pastry House! Delicious cakes, friendly service, reasonable prices and great communication. They provided the cake for our wedding — one small tier for us and large sheet cakes to serve our guests. From the initial tasting to the day of the event, we had a wonderful experience! Our guests were raving about the cake which was almond with butter cream icing. Also recommend paying extra for the delivery and cutting service. They delivered the cakes and served our guests so we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Mrs. Norma is so kind and talented. You can tell she cares about the work she does!

My little sister wanted a Halloween theme for her 9th Birthday. So, me and my sister exchanged ideas until we ended up with this Wolf cake. And I never ordered a custom cake before and when I came across Pastry House, I knew I had to order the birthday cake there! I talked to Norma and she understood my ideas of the cake and was absolutely helpful about telling the kind of information due to the cake (price, etc). They put a great effort into the details, the color of the frosting, and the chocolate and vanilla cake layers were amazing! Highly recommend to order a cake here.

Maybe it’s because I lived in Austin, so I’ve tried AMAZING desserts, but the cake I ordered from this business was lackluster at best. It wasn’t moist, flavorful, or memorable. And check out the pics. Why did I get less than a centimeter of buttercream for ALL that boring, flavorless cake? Keep in mind, this cost $105. There was also an HEB bakery cake at the party—probably $15–and the quality was exactly the same as this $105 cake. Even Cracker Barrel’s chocolate Coca Cola cake is FAR more delicious than what I got at Pastry House. While the owner was very nice, she’s just not qualified to charge $105 for a cake like this. 0/10 would never recommend.

I've been coming to this bakery for 3 years now I moved to Houston but still come back to order when I come down for my son's birthday with family in Harlingen! ❤️ They go above and beyond every single time!
