Lisa is AMAZING! I had quite a bit of old yellow gold and an old wedding set I wanted to repurpose into something new. Lisa gave me ideas and helped me brainstorm how to use my princess cut diamonds. Great communication and service and beautiful pieces of jewelry in the end!

All I can say is WOW! We took in a picture of a unique piece of jewelry my sister received as a gift from her husband and it inspired us to have something similar made because it never dawned on us in 27yrs to do it. I had an old promise ring my husband gave him in 2008, that had a cluster of diamonds in it and for years I have never worn it. I had miscellaneous gold sitting in a little box from years ago that we figured we could use towards the project. We met Emerald, showed her a picture of my sister’s necklace and asked if making something similar would be possible? She stated they would make molds first, I would come back and look at it and we would discuss adjustments and go from there. I looked at 2 molds, then she emailed me a final look before they made it (it was a picture as if they already made it … ) I gave a thumbs up and 5 days later I got a text message that my necklace was finished. George and staff did an amazing job on new wedding ring so I could celebrate 25 years of marriage. Came in with wife’s old wedding ring, they used it to create a truly stunning ring with a massive diamond on it, but kept the ring as close to the original as it could still look. They were awesome and I will be back!!

We had a wonderful experience at Ranch Road Jewelry where we took 2 of my wife’s rings for resizing and ‘repronging’. Lisa met us at the door and did an excellent job describing the options of repairs or rebuilding, and the costs, of course. Then we discussed a third ring that was missing a stone and also needed repairs. She showed sample sapphires, my wife’s birthstone in lab-grown and natural. We chose a dark-blue natural, at a great price. We expected a lengthy wait for all three to be finished, but it took less than a week! The results are stunning! Lisa was as excited to show us as we were to see them. To top it all off, the also gave us an additional, unexpected discount! It was quite a deal, at a wonderful place with wonderful people. Thank you.
