Thank you so much! Finally after about 10 yrs & countless visits to chain store jewelers, my watch is finally working & all it needed was an AC Reset (which apparently is a common problem when changing out the battery on a Seiko chronograph watch)

Took my ring to get soldered and they had to send it off because when they went to clean it a diamond came out…. Okay…. The sent it off to get fixed (because they don’t mess with my type of setting) took at least 2 weeks to get it back. Now I have 3 diamonds missing and he said they could send it off to the same place but I would have to take care of it!!!! Mind you I have had this ring for years and have hit it on stuff all the time

Such extreme kindness. I have worn my wedding rings without taking them off for any reason (long story) for 35 years! The jeweler kindly cut them off and wouldn’t let me pay for his time. I was overwhelmed because I never find kindness to this level. My husband has purchased some Christmas presents for me from these guys …. But now I’m a customer for life. Praying abundant blessings on everyone there. ❤️

I just picked up my wedding band after getting it resized here. I am very happy with the work! It looks perfect after going down 1 1/2 sizes. I'd taken my engagement ring to a different local jeweler and it came back looking a bit beaten up at the bottom, and as if it'd been clamped with a pair of pliers. Eichhorn took a longer time, but the work was much better—it looks like nothing was done to the ring at all. Also, the customer service was great. Definitely recommended!

I had taken my 26 year old sentimental Seiko watch in to have worked on. I was told some time ago my watch was pretty worn inside and would eventually stop. Eichhorn Gonzales & Miller was the best in replacing the insides. I’ll be taking my watch to them now.
