Went in to buy a bracelet and a couple charms…was greeted and asked if i needed anything which at the moment I didnt as I was still browsing….proceeded to get in line and wait for one of the associates to assist me and I was skipped over and then called by Makenzee…she was not only rude to me but very rude to my kids….I proceeded with my check out and my daughter the purchased a ring and a charm with a different associate and we did not catch her name but she was very nice.

Came in willing to spend $200-300 at this location on 10/12/2025 at 1:40. An Indian worker came and approached me with a scowl on her face. I told her that I was here to look for a piece of jewlery. She then subsequently asked in a very rude tone, "Are you looking for something!?" Not wanting to spark conflict, I continued the conversation with a calm voice and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said that she'd get it for me. I waited for 10-15 minutes, walking around the store for so long with my injured knee. She blew me off and started helping two other customers that came in after me. I don't know how long it took to pull a piece of jewelry, but it did not need to take 10-15 minutes of me limping around the store waiting. When I tried to ask her again for the jewelry, she said "Let me help these people first." Mind you, I came in before them and was patiently waiting. I then left because I would not stand for that disrespect. Would not come again to this location. Please re

I came in to pick up my bracelet after purchasing two charms, and instead of a smooth experience, I was told I needed to pay $5 to move a charm. The reason? An employee Daena had dropped my bracelet, the pin came loose, and they repinned it incorrectly. Yet somehow, I was being blamed for their mistake. Only after I said I’d take my business to another James Avery location did they suddenly decide to “waive” the charge. That’s not good customer service—that’s backpedaling. For jewelry that is already expensive, trying to squeeze an extra $5 out of a customer over an employee’s error is insulting. It took less than a minute to fix, but the way it was handled left a lasting impression. I’ll be going to a different James Avery moving forward, and based on the other reviews I’ve now read, it seems poor customer service here is a pattern. For jewelry store you would think there would be better customer service.

Friendly staff, but it took over 30 mins for my mother to get any assistance. No one explained about the products when we entered, and the visit lasted more time then necessary. My mom had written down what she was interested in, but once the associate helped, she had to make a different selection based on how the products function.

I've been here a couple of times, and the ladies who work there are very friendly. I had the opportunity to have Priscilla help us. She's very kind and gives you time to look around and decide what to buy.
