I’ve used this local jewelry shop for several watch repairs, and I want to start by saying the quality of their work and their pricing are truly hard to beat. Every piece I’ve gotten back has been repaired with care and precision, and it’s clear they know what they’re doing. I especially want to thank Bob for stepping in toward the end of my experience. When one of my watches still hadn’t been completed after a long wait, he handled it quickly and professionally, and even apologized for the delay. That level of accountability goes a long way and is very much appreciated. That said, the overall experience wasn’t without frustration. Communication and follow-through left a lot to be desired. I was told I’d receive a call when my watches were ready, but that call never came. Multiple follow-ups on my end led to more promises of callbacks that didn’t happen. It’s disappointing because great craftsmanship deserves equally great customer service. I don’t want this to leave the wrong “mark
