First let me start with I have been dreaming about this ring for about a year and a half. And every so often I would go in just to admire it. Just waiting to be able to afford the down payment for the lay away. Now let me tell you about this time! I went in as usually just to look at my ring and the jeweler associate, Liz, immediately greeted us and started asking normal questions. And I told her my dream ring. And we sat down did the math, we still couldn’t afford the down payment. But then she told me about the other payment program they have. and my credit is horrible. And I got approved but not for the right amount of money. So her and the manager did some work and got the ring priced for the perfect amount. We will go to paramount jewelers for everyone of my jewelry needs.

Elena, the manager was awesome. She help me pick a perfect gift for my son's gf's birthday tomorrow. And very affordable. I would recommend anyone who is shopping for jewelry to go to Paramount Jewelers. They have the best prices and customer service in town!

I purchased a watch from your store, and after waiting for an hour to have the bracelet sized/fitted, it began to fall apart on the street right after I left. To make matters worse, the store had already closed by the time this happened, so I couldn't return immediately to address the issue. I am very disappointed with the quality of the service provided. She explicitly told me the watch was ready, but it's clear now that it was only put together well enough to last until I walked out the door. She rushed me out because it was closing time, even though she knew the bracelet wasn't secure. This wasn't just poor service; it was a deliberate attempt to hide a faulty repair just to end her shift. And what's worse is that I'm a sailor and I left the USA. Will the store pay for the shipping from Europe to the USA or will I get a refund?
