All the ladies inside were very lovely and all handling their "chaotic showing room" beautifully. The guy outside hauling all the things inside and out our trailer was awesome as well, one girl in particular made the barn wood table that we rented and it made such a beautiful table to rest all the presents for my sisters baby shower on. I wish I could remember her name but she was very nice, the process to actually rent and get a quote on everything was super simple and easy. Putting your first deposit in was even easier, only thing I would be wary of is the location of the street since people driving there should not have a license but I digress. It was worth it all for the tables and chairs we were all able to rent so thank you so much for a easy pleasent experience!!

Update: my niece received a personal call from the owner this evening. It was very heartfelt and we appreciated that she made it a point to call her directly to ensure everything was taken care of! She assured this was not typical service and was appreciative of our business. Again, impressed and appreciative of her efforts! Thank you!! :) The guy who loaded the tables and chairs onto our truck was super nice and professional. He did an excellent job loading everything and securing the equipment. My niece had a bad experience with the ordering process that seemed like a miscommunication and wasn’t handled appropriately. I hope it was a fluke as they have so many good reviews.

Response to owner: I am equally appalled by your continued dishonesty. Yes, you appeared to go above and beyond initially, but I see now, it was just to make a quick dime because the machine DID NOT work except for the first batch. I am not sure what bartender you spoke to because it was NOT the one we hired. Also, not sure how you knew the cord was "stepped" on unless it was stepped on by someone at your company because the cord was in perfect condition when we left the venue. Do NOT rent a Margarita Machine from ARC Action Rentals. It's a highly expensive rental that failed to work for most of the night, causing a significant financial loss. From the start, the machine wouldn't turn on, leading us to believe it was an electrical issue. We contacted the venue, who were in the process of calling an electrician, when the machine suddenly started working. However, the problems persisted; only the first batch of mix froze, forcing us to serve the margaritas on the rocks for the rest o

ARC Events was wonderful for our wedding! The pre-event meeting was detailed and insightful, and there was good communication along the way for the most part prior to the event. We just have two complaints: 1) we ordered all forest green table cloths, and when we showed up to our wedding, our sweetheart table was a completely different green. They NEVER ran a different color by us due to lack of inventory or something of the sort. We had no idea how we got a different table cloth and why we weren't informed of this before our big day. And 2) their labor cost is just outrageous. We hired our own folks to set up for $20/hour per person just to avoid $1,000 in setup and tear down fees. But overall, we did like working with ARC!
