I had my 60th bday party and without Pablo I would have been a nervous wreck. I picked out my colors and gave him an idea of my theme that I wanted and left it in his hands. He did not disappoint. The tables were decorated beautifully. The backdrop and flowers also. Everything was gorgeous. He was also very personable and easy to contact if I needed to ask a question. He’s very patient and has such a sweet personality. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of an event coordinator. He’s top notch for sure ❤️.

We chose What’s the Occasion for our July wedding rentals and couldn't be happier with our decision. Their selection of wedding rentals is truly amazing. The ordering process was a breeze, and they were incredibly accommodating when we needed to make last-minute adjustments. The delivery and set-up on the day of the wedding were seamless, making our experience stress-free. What’s the Occasion truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them for any special event rental needs

Initially for the first meeting no one showed up until 30 minutes after our appointment time. Then day of my wedding they are missing items but refuse to take responsibility or try to resolve the issue. Thank god for my coordinator who made it work but not from any help from what’s the occasion. And now my husband and I have tried emailing them to discuss the issues from our wedding but they won’t respond.

I got married 8/11/19 at 5226 Elm. What’s the Occasion is one of their preferred vendors but I would booked them again and again. They’re very responsive with emails, they’re always there to answer any questions or concerns. I booked them for rentals and decor and oh my! Everything was perfect. Fairrus and Mili are super easy to work with, and they were very patient with us and helped us throughout all these months. I got so many compliments on my wedding decor!! And every detail was perfect, just how I imagined it. I’d hired them again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the Wto crew, Mili and Fairrus ❤️

I appreciate the vision the WTO has and their unique and clean design center. They were able to accommodate me short notice and I was so grateful! They even took last minute changes with ease. I love that they had modern designs. I wish that they would be more lenient with the late night pick up charge..lol. Most parties end late in Houston and most venues don't allow next day pick up..That would be the only faux pas!
