The attention to detail and creative vision Melissa brought to the table truly transformed the venue into a Wonderland. Melissa is the best of the best! She went above and beyond to make our 4 year old’s princess party special. From the personalization of the bounce house, matching the invite for the sweet sign, to securing pink linens for the tables, it was truly amazing! She set it all up and broke it all down which made for a peaceful parent experience. We were able to celebrate our sweet girl instead of running around like crazy. Can’t wait for next year!

Initially we were not going to hire an event planner. Knowing what we know now, there is a big difference between a Day of Coordinator supplied by the venue and an Event Planner for Day of Coordinator. It was worth the investment hiring Melissa and Events By Poppy Co. Initially (as we all do) and the relationship built during this experience was special. Initially we thought we would get the help of family and friends to execute our day. But we wanted them to enjoy the time spent as everyone was flying in to be a part of this moment. We wanted them to see and feel the “WOW” experience of what we worked so hard to plan. So we called her back and hired her. Melissa went to work immediately. If the venue offers a “day of coordinator”, they are there for the venue and get you down the aisle. They are not there execute all the decisions you have made with your vendors, tackle issues as they came up like the rentals that came up short or broken that she dealt with and had them come back to

Melissa is truly an expert at her craft. She is such a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond for all of her clients. I have worked with her with multiple events and they always run so smoothly. I run a small local ice cream business called Beanz Creamz and love being able to share our treats with all of Melissa's clients. If you are looking for someone to plan the most amazing event you could ever imagine and do it seamlessly, Melissa if your girl!
