Willow Creek is an absolutely beautiful venue with exceptional service. Our wedding day was as close to perfect as anyone could hope for, and that’s not something you hear often. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, we never knew about it because the staff handled everything so professionally. Most importantly, my daughter had the wedding of her dreams, and Willow Creek played a huge role in making that happen. The entire team was supportive, organized, and genuinely invested in making the day special. Hannah, the venue coordinator, was wonderful. She kept everything running smoothly and made sure guests remained comfortable, even having them wait in the atrium before the outdoor ceremony began. Yes, the outdoor ceremony space faces west and receives afternoon sun, but we were fully aware of that and were offered the option to move indoors. We chose to remain outside, provided fans for guests, and kept the ceremony brief. The venue was transparent and accommodating throughout th

I had a BEAUTIFUL wedding everything was so stress free and perfect thanks to my wedding coordinator Rylan. She was so genuine and calm. If there is one thing you should 100% do it’s book a day of coordinator. Thank you so much Willow Creek for making sure my day was beautiful and stress free. The property was perfectly maintained and Rylan set up all my decorations perfectly.

This venue was amazing! We had our wedding here and loved how affordable, beautiful, and spacious it was. Taylor, Rylan, and Brianne were amazing in communication. We had booked the venue when Barbra owned it, and when Taylor came in under the new management she honored every single contract that was previously sign with Barbra. That meant a lot to my fiancé and I that she didn’t change anything and kept us stress free since we had booked the venue the year previously. Rylan was AMAZING as our day of coordinator. She alleviated any stress I had and kept us on our timeline. She was so kind and really held it down for us on the day of the wedding. We truly had the best wedding here and I can’t sing Willow Creek’s praises enough.

Such a great venue to host a wedding. But I must say how much we loved the coordinator, Rylan. She just handled the evening perfectly and operated each minute with ease. She was always present when I looked up and needed something. Thanks for hosting the best evening!
