1/5 from Austin Ganaway
I used Stellar for the last time last month. My first issue one of the first times I went through stellar was getting charged for a strap that was never on the trailer. No problem my fault for not getting pictures I guess. Most recently I rented a skid. Within the first hour of using the equipment it started to slip a track. We got it fixed ourselves and I looked up how that could happen. I made sure to follow directions to avoid it happening again. It happened again traveling in a straight line on the back half of my property. It got to a point that I could not fix it myself. I reached out to several people in the industry for tips on getting it fixed and sent pictures. I was informed that the teeth on the tracks were completely worn out. There is apparently no emergency line for Stellar so I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone. When I finally did I was told that I needed to call a wrecker to move the skid or they would get to it during business hours. This happened on labor

NEVER AGAIN! I rented a skid steer with post driver attachment for a day, and when I return the machine they charged me an extra 100 dollar because I went over the hours, when the rental is by the day. They never told me anything about the hours, only to fill it back with diesel. Which I did, than I called them days after because they hadn’t released my deposit and they said there was some damage to the unit and they couldn’t released the deposit until seen what the repairs were going to be. When I returned the item there was no damage or wasn’t told about any damage, they inspected and said everything was good. This people will squeeze every dollar they can out of you. Do not recommend them at all.
