5 star review
5/5 from Christina Orozco
Quickly fixed my bracelet when all of the other jewelry shops in the outlets told me no. I broke a connecting piece on my tennis bracelet that is plated sterling silver. They have an in house jewelry repair person and were able to quickly repair my bracelet on the spot, in about 15 mins at a very reasonable price ($60). They were much nicer and more helpful than the other jewelry stores. The other jewelry stores didn’t want to work on my bracelet because I didn’t purchase from them (the chain stores) and said they couldn’t work on plated silver because the heat from the solder would turn my bracelet black. And the only other mom/pop shop was going to charge me over 5x the price and I would have to send it in, wait 2 weeks, and they were trying to up charge me to purchase insurance I didn’t need. Im Impressed by the quick and quality repair job. You can barely even tell which part of the chain was soldered in the photo. Highly recommend.
