James was awesome took my ring in last Sunday to be resized he told me it would take a week and the price.. I came back Today one week later and the ring is perfect !!! 🤩

Bought a $300 foxtail bracelet from James Avery and I fell off of my skateboard while wearing it about a month after I got it and broke the clip. Called James Avery and they said it couldn’t be replaced due to how the clip was fixed to the bracelet. Took to it Van Daele Watch and Jewelry and he ordered a special clasp, and made it look like it never even broke. 10/10 would recommend!

Totally disgusted and feel like I've been robbed. Took in some old silver coins after selling him five silver dimes for $20.00, owner telling me it's a good deal, I find out afterwards they was worth several thousand dollars more. I feel like he stole from me,I still have the pictures of them and I kick myself in the butt every time I see them for trusting the owner.
