Amazing experience. Met with philip who runs maxwell jewellers. Took in a bracelet for him to resize. Dude was so awesome, bracelet fit like a charm. Chit chatted with him for about 15-30 minutes. In the end, did not charge me one cent. Highly recommend this place to anyone that has any jewelry that needs to be repaired or resized.

Great hometown jewelry store! I’ve been coming here for 23 years since his folks had the shop. He’s so kind and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Sometimes he’ll do little things at no charge. That kindness keeps me coming back. He’s also very honest and will tell you if it’s worth the cost to fix it.

Jody went above helpful and so sweet. I had 2 rings that needed to be repaired and they were very old. The rings looked brand new and they were over 60 years old. Also he helped me find a buyer for my bracelet. Jody you are the very best and I will not let anyone else touch my jewelry now.

I went to this store for the first time recently and the owner, Mr. Maxwell himself was the one who helped me. He didn’t jump to say hi when I came in but he was engaging the customers before me in conversation. I waited patiently. When he did get to me, he was very friendly and helpful. He replaced my watch battery, which is usually only $10! Which is a deal (I’ve paid more than double that elsewhere). And then he polished my wedding ring back to looking brand new! And it’s nearly 20 years old. He was so kind to not charge me for either service which I was astonished by in today’s economy!! When I pressed him on payment, his response was everyone needs a lil kindness every now and then in today’s world. As payment I said I’d come on here & write a positive review. This is me following through with my word :) For any future jewelry needs I’ll definitely be back!!

I called and asked if they could fix my wedding ring and Jody said he could get it done. He was very very helpful and such a nice person! I will definitely be back for any jewelry needs.
