Stopped by this jewelry store just to replace my watch battery, and somehow walked out with an awesome men’s ring! The team here is seriously good at what they do — super friendly, no pressure, and they know their jewelry inside and out. Now my watch is running, and my hand’s looking better than ever with this ring! Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality pieces and great service. Just beware…you might leave with more than you came for!

Came to get my new wedding ring set soldered together. I was weary to bring it to anyone, but I just happen to drive by here and came in. He was so sweet and even tested my ring for me. I bought it off a shop from TikTok and was worried I got scammed. It was silver and the stone was moissanite. He took 15 minutes to do what I needed and price was cheaper than I expected.

The sale guy, I forgot to get his name 😅, was so helpful, taking time to explain different styles and making sure I found pieces that truly felt like ‘me.’ They weren’t pushy at all, just genuinely knowledgeable and friendly. UPDATE/EDIT after owner's response: My husband noticed the cut of the tourmaline got soften immediately after they removed whatever that got stuck on the stone at that time but he felt bad for pointing it out to them since it was late, so he just let it go. He called me the same night that happened (since I was out of the country at the time) but because the last experience with my wedding ring was great, we agreed to let it go. The ring was purchased in October of 2023, by June/July 2024 three stone fell out. That's not normal. My review is specifically toward the quality of the ring, not about the quality of customer service. Had a very wonderful first experience with them back then in 2021 when they still didn't have a store for my wedding ring. Still perfectly intact up until this date even though I never take it off (wear it to sleep, shower, etc. you name it).
