i watched your driver today cut me off to turn onto the feeder road of highway 249 AND THEN cuts off other cars over two lanes WITHOUT a blinker. Your driver is endangering lives and should be trained on abiding road laws, especially in a company truck.

I always come here to rent chairs and tables. As often as I do it I’d save you enough to buy my own but if you’re like me and lack the storage space this place is convenient and affordable. Good to point out for newcomers when renting go to the office first but when returning go to the loading area first then go to the office to check out. The front desk is usually always nice but the load in/out guys never look happy to be there. Does me no harm though so oh well. Btw the deposit is $100.

We were looking for round tables, the lady inside was very kind and made our renting process easy. She told us to park in the loading area and that someone would help us. My husband had to go inside to ask if she could call someone to help us load since we had waited for a while already, finally after a little while longer a guy showed up, but he seemed hesitant to do his job and help load, he wasn’t even counting the chairs he was just throwing them on the trailer not even fixing them right so the tables could also fit. When he grabbed the tables he seemed to be having trouble moving them, I think that if they had better loaders it would have made the renting process easier.

I haven't actually picked up my order yet, but everyone I have dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I was especially happy with my recent experience with Brittany. I had to make a quick change to my order and she was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. So far, I am very pleased with my choice to rent from Tomball Party Rentals!
