I received the upmost, top tier customer services from Susy’s. On Saturday, I was on my way to TX from LA to pick up a custom bouquet of roses I purchased for a friend of mine and my arrival time was past operating hours. Instead of denying my order, the staff remained open for an additional 10+ minutes to assure I received my arrangement. When I arrived I was expecting a little attitude for me being late but the entire staff greeted me with warm, welcoming smiles and laughter instead. I even tried to leave a tip for them staying open later for me but they refused. And not to mention the flowers themselves were GORGEOUS and exceeded my expectations. Susy’s staff went above and beyond for me to put a smile on my friend’s face. They’ll ALWAYS have my business and be at the TOP of my list when considering arrangements. I live in Louisiana by the way, so that says A LOT considering I’m willing to drive across state lines just for their business. THANK YOU SUSY’S❤️

We ordered a casket arrangement for my mom and the price was in the range we were looking for and the arrangement looked really good. The person who helped us was really helpful and even sent us pictures to choose from. Would definitely recommend again. Thank you so much for the arrangement.

Will not return, not very helpful. Limited selection. The flowers that they did have were quality and lasted well after I took care of cutting and rearranging.
