Not a professional jeweler, insulting my beliefs. They told me they didn’t want to touch or work on my bracelet because they have different beliefs than me. smh it was my late brothers bracelet, it was very rude to decline to fix a piece of jewelry that has meaning to me. This jewelry store is just for people that have same beliefs as them if not they will refuse to touch your jewelry. I don’t recommend this store at all. Go to “Solid Gold Jewelry”, they treat you as a customer and fix any type of jewelry without insulting you or judging you.

My Mom and I decided to visit this terrific local jewelry store in Del Rio, Texas and enjoyed every second while we were there. Alexia and Jeanne took amazing care of us. My beautiful Mom picked out a stunning diamond ring and found the watch she’s always wanted. We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day shopping at this treasure of a store. We were greeted right when we walked in and have a new, local favorite place to visit. 🥰

I have always dealt with Roberts Jewelers, Jaennie and her staff, all are extremely helpful, combined with Jeannie knowledge is the place to go! She will work to fix or find what you are looking for. The best place to go for all your jewelry and unique gifts!!!!
